SPINACH



Spinach  is a leafy green vegetable that originated in Persia. It belongs to the amaranth family and is related to beets and quinoa. What's more, it's considered very healthy, as it's loaded with nutrients and antioxidants.  Its leaves are a common edible vegetable consumed either fresh, or after storage using preservation techniques by canning, freezing, or dehydration.

  • 2 table spoon butter
  • 2 Nos. Big onion
  • 5 Nos. garlic
  • 1 No. Bay leaf  fry in the pan
  • Add 1 cup  spinach (palak - with chopped )
  • add 1 glass of water. (Boil 3 to 4 minutes)
  • 1 table spoon pepper powder and butter.
  • 2 fruits kiwi + Butter.
