A grape is a fruit, botanically a berry, of the deciduous woody vines of the flowering plant genus vitis. Grapes can be eaten fresh as table grapes or they can be used for making wine, jam, grape juice, jelly, grape seed extract.

Ingredients & Prep:
  • 1/4 Kg grapes
  • 2 table spoon honey
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder.
  • (Grapes skin is pesticides for cleaning purpose we have to use.)
  • Put Grapes into the bowl - add 1 pinch turmeric powder  wait for 
  • 5 minutes and put into the mixer and filter the pulp. The juice is ready add 2 table spoon honey.

Black grape skin is resveratrol toxicity. The outer skin of grapes is rich in a compound called resveratrol. Although scientific research identifies resveratrol as a healthy nutrient, it could be toxic to pregnant women. This is because resveratrol can react with disproportionate hormone levels and pregnant woman might have. 

The pancreas is important for controlling glucose levels in the blood, meaning that the babies were likelier to suffer from diabetes later on. Grapes are often sprayed with pesticides which are not easily washed away. These pesticides may contribute to health complications in the fetus. (It affects mom and baby)
